Organoleptic Features
- Taste: elegant and fresh with hints of red cherry and pink grapefruit. Good acidity and intensity, with a persistent finish.
- Bouquet: delicate, floral, fresh citrus fruit and hints of red berries.
- Color: delicate pink shiny color.
- Food matching: excellent for an aperitif, with appetizers, fish tartare or carpaccio, stuffed pasta, white meat and young cheese.
- How to serve: serve it at 12°C
- Storage: store away from light and temperature changes, preferably with the bottle lying down.
