Organoleptic Features
- Taste: round with strong minerality and balanced acidity, slightly sapid with a strawberry finish.
- Bouquet: persistent and fruity in particular, it enhances the hint of cherry and red berries.
- Color: pink cherry shining color.
- Food matching: excellent for an aperitif, with appetizers or fish, light first courses, soups, fried and roasted fish, pizza, delicate cheeses.
- How to serve: serve it at 12°C
- Storage: store away from light and temperature changes, preferably with a bottle lying down.
